We offer worldwide track&trace shipping for € 19.- on orders < € 150.- 

Worldwide track&trace shipping on orders over € 150.- is free of charge.

Shipping withing the Netherlands & Belgium is free of charge at all times.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours.​

 

Delivery time

Items that are in stock will be shipped next business day. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. ​Please note: overseas deliveries may take longer.​

​Right to Revoke

Nordic Moods offers a period of 14 days' Right to Revoke instead of the usual 7 days. This allows customers to withdraw and undo their purchase within a 14 days period after their order is received. The amount of the purchase - including Shipping & Handling fee if applicable - are returned to the customers' account within 30 days after the goods have been returned. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  

Return policy

​In case of returns, please inform us through our Returns Notification form.

​​Money back guaranteed for items which are returned and received within 21 working days after delivery, unused, undamaged and - if possible - in their original package.

Shipping fees of returns, are paid by the customer.
